Hi, I'm Diem Goleman! I'm a wife, mom of two, and a full-time REALTOR® who believes that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. It's about people, relationships, and helping families find a place to call home.
My business philosophy has always been simple: Help people first, and the business will come. I truly believe that when you take care of people, do what's right, and put their needs before your own, success will naturally follow.
I specialize in helping buyers and sellers throughout Collin and Grayson Counties, particularly in Anna, McKinney, Van Alstyne, and the surrounding North Texas communities. While I help clients with all types of residential real estate, I have a special passion for homes with larger backyards, one-acre or larger properties, homes with land, and properties without an HOA. There's just something special about having a little more space, privacy, and freedom to enjoy your own property!
As a homeowner who enjoys gardening, raising chickens, and spending time outdoors with my family, I personally understand the appeal of having room to spread out and enjoy life.
I've been a top-producing REALTOR® since 2020, building my business around relationships, referrals, and exceptional client service. I've also had the privilege of sharing my experience and knowledge as a conference speaker at the Real Geeks Conference and Real Growth Summit, connecting with and helping other real estate professionals grow their businesses. While I'm grateful for the recognition and opportunities, what matters most to me is the trust my clients place in me.
My approach goes beyond putting a sign in the yard or opening doors. From strategic pricing and professional marketing to staging, negotiations, and navigating the entire transaction, my team and I work hard to make every client feel informed, supported, and confident.

When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me at home with my husband Bobby and our two children, tending to my garden, taking care of our chickens, cooking, or enjoying a cup of coffee.
